Infusing Oils

If you attended any of the markets I did before Christmas you may have bought one of these infused oils I've been playing about with recently. Made using 100% virgin olive oil that I've had specially imported from Spain, they taste incredible! The best bit is you only need a few drops on your dish meaning they're super economical - a little goes a long way. The good news is I've got nearly 40 litres of olive oil to get though so expect to see these on the website soon!
