ABOUT JOEY'S CHILLI SAUCE

At Joey's Chilli Sauce, I want to show that heat and flavour can work together. I'm not overly interested in producing a sauce so hot it's gonna leave you hopping around the kitchen, I'd much prefer to offer products that enhance your enjoyment of food - usually with a chilli kick but not always! I always use the best ingredients and traditional techniques to give an authentic product that truly reflects my respect for the craft.
