Habaneros are finally in!

Today I finally managed to get my hands on these Yellow Habaneros. I paid a huge premium just to secure the delivery overnight from London. For whatever reason it's really difficult getting yellow chillies of ANY variety at the moment but they are essential for both the Fool's Gold and Heat not Hate sauces. Not only do they provide the heat level and unmistakable Habanero flavour I'm looking for but their colour makes for an amazing looking product that I feel stands out from the crowd. I'll be back 'on the pans' tomorrow, armed with my rubber gloves and trusty Global chef's knife excitedly preparing these beauties into a delicious sauce to go on the website in a few weeks.
