It has been said my Thai Sweet Chiil Sauce is possibly the best sauce I do! Well, that's high praise indeed and I'll let you decide for yourself but one thing's for sure, I'm extremeley proud of it and recommend you grab a bottle or two whilst you can. It's limited availability at times due to it being so time consuming to make. Made to an authentic Thai recipe, it knocks spots of anything you'll find on supermarket shelves. Use as an authentic dipping sauce in Thai recipes or drizzled on stir fry, pizzas, wraps, wedges, rice etc. Watch out though - it's got a bit of a kick!
