Introducing my new Chilli Jam. It's been an absolute hit at the local markets I do and the feedback has been incredible. Made with caramelised sugar, 2 different types of chilli as well as roasted sweet vine cherry tomatoes it's a very welcome addition to the range. Pair it with cheese or cooked meats or add a spoonful to roasted vegetables, on top of a fresh salad, grilled chicken, steamed fish or in tortilla wraps and you're in for a treat - it's knockout....!
Unlike other flat chilli jams that are just sweet, this jam packs a nice kick. Heat is medium to medium / hot
