Here is a limited edition sauce, named after my former football team manager Chris Burns - who likes his sauce HOT! It's a fermented Carolina Reaper sauce but also has the addition of red and chocolate habaneros and a little dash of vinegar to sharpen it up. It's very hot but not inedible, it actually has a lovely deep, complex flavour as it was fermented for nearly 8 weeks and is also a much darker red / brown colour as a result of it containing the chocolate habaneros. For anyone likes their heat this sauce is highly recommended..!
