My new sauce! Made in collaboration with Horsforth Brewery. It's a 9 week fermented yellow habanero sauce infused with mango and Horsforth Brewery's incredible By The Hair of Ernie IPA. It's got a deep, complex flavour with a nice hit of mango and a touch of sharpness from the IPA, combined with the signature heat of yellow habanero it makes for a deliciously balanced sauce that will compliment just about anything - but I've found it goes particularly well with cheeses, brunch, cold meats and grilled chicken....limited number of bottles available so grab it while you can!
